Frequently asked questions
Can I return an item? We are happy to accept exchanges or give credits. Articles are accepted for exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Please call our customer service department for further instructions.
Can I buy for myself and as gifts? We encourage it. We find that people make more sales when their clients see them wearing the bracelets themselves and notice the high-quality.
How long until orders are shipped? Four business days if not sooner.
Can I request white label (your label on packaging)? YES! Just email us your logo and we will put it on all the packaging.
Can I share WISE WOMEN TRIBE website information with my friends? Yes, as long as they are using it in a business manner.
Can I purchase to display in my business? Of course. If you buy more than 20 bracelets in one order, we will even send you a display for free.
What if a bracelet breaks? We are happy to repair broken or stretched out bracelet free of charge (plus shipping) as long as all the components are present. If some are missing, there may be a small fee.
Can I set my own price? Absolutely!! We suggest 2 to 2.5 (even 3) times the price of the bracelet, then add the shipping cost into the final price. $20.00 X 2 = $40.00 add shipping $7.00 Final price $47.00
Do you sell these designs on your Ajna Designs retail website? No - this protects your pricing and non-competition factor.

All orders are shipped out within 4 days the order was placed. (We make each bracelet when they are ordered with love and intention)
Ground shipping USPS: $7.00 Please allow 5-10 business days
Ground Shipping USPS for orders over $100.00: FREE Please allow 5-10 business days
FEDEX 2-3 days: $21.00 Please allow 4-7 business days
FEDEX overnight: $35.00 Please allow 2 business days
To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Ajna Designs Jewelry. does not ship orders to post office boxes.
Items ordered together may not always ship together.
If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee.
