Meet Jennifer Ryan

I’ve been an entrepreneur for more than 30 years, creating and leading businesses in very different industries and at very different stages of my life. And if there’s one thing those years have taught me, it’s that success isn’t simply about working harder, doing more, or following someone else’s formula.

It’s about creating a life and business that are truly aligned with who you are.

My entrepreneurial journey has taken me from the corporate world to yoga and wellness, jewelry design, and now to building a community for women who want to approach business—and life—in a different way.

I founded Ajna Designs from a belief in the power of our own inner wisdom. Ajna represents intuition and our connection to our higher selves —the place within us that often knows the way long before our minds have figured it out.

That same philosophy eventually became the heart of Wise Women Gather: The Soul of Business.

Wise Women Gather was created as a place where women don’t have to figure everything out alone. It is a community built around connection, collaboration, meaningful conversation, shared wisdom, and the belief that there is another way to create success.

I call it the New Feminine Business Paradigm.

It moves us away from the old model of more hustle, more sacrifice, more competition, and success at any cost—and toward something more sustainable: alignment, self-worth, collaboration, purposeful prosperity, and leadership that honors the whole woman—mind, heart, body, and spirit.

At this stage of my life, I’m less interested in doing what we’ve always been told we should do and much more interested in asking:

What does success mean to me now?

I believe women get to define that answer for themselves.

Today, my work is about bringing women together to listen to their own wisdom, learn from one another, grow their businesses, support one another through life’s transitions, and create success on their own terms.

Because I believe something powerful happens when wise women gather.

We remember that we were never meant to do it all alone.
